Timesheet hours calculator
Add Monday to Friday hours into a weekly timesheet total.
Add Monday to Friday hours into a weekly timesheet total.
Weekly hours = Monday + Tuesday + Wednesday + Thursday + Friday.
The total is the sheet. Five days at 7.5 hours is 37.5 hours. The average is the total divided by five, including a day you left at zero. A zero is a day off in this average, which pulls it down. If you only want the average of days worked, divide the total by the number of days that have hours.
7.5 + 7.5 + 7.5 + 7.5 + 7.5.
37.5 hours
7.5 four times, and 0 on Friday.
30 hours
Add them into the weekday that matches how you want the sheet to read, or add them to Friday before you submit. The page has five fields because that is the usual contracted week.
Enter the hours you want on the sheet. If lunch is unpaid, subtract it before you type the day. The calculator adds the five numbers and does nothing else.
Take the weekly total into the overtime hours calculator as hours worked, next to the contracted week.
A five-day sheet. Add weekend hours into a weekday field if the week includes them.
